At 1017 Construction, we believe your home should be your dream home, and we’re here to help you get there. We’re a woman-owned, locally run construction and roofing company serving Kyle, Austin, San Antonio, and communities across Central Texas. As a small local team, we truly value people and go above and beyond to give every home the attention it deserves. Fast, reliable, and trusted, we treat your home as if it were our own.

We’re also insurance specialists. When storm or other damage strikes, we know the claims process inside and out and stay visible and present during your adjuster appointment to make sure you get a fair deal on your home. And if insurance isn’t an option, we’re happy to provide a straightforward retail estimate instead. From roof replacements to full remodels, all of our work is warranted and completed on time.

They were also so nice and quick to respond. The roof was replaced that week within 2 days, completed with clean up! We really appreciated ****** and ***** being so involved and helpful picking out materials to match our HOA requirements. After the recent rain and hail no leaks!!! And not one shingle missing. We highly recommend using them on roof and home repairs.

But they fought hard for us with our insurance company and after two denials got it approved for payment coverage.
